Welcome Welcome Welcome to Pho & Café Mai-Mai - THE BEST PHO IN TOWN!!!!

We are a family own and operated business in the Marpole neighbourhood.  Our goal is to serve you great tasting, nutritious, healthy, no M.S.G, home-made Vietnamese cuisines.  We, particularly, do not use M.S.G. in our ingredients or have on premises.

All meals are made without M.S.G.

You will not only enjoy the great food we offer but will also be pleased with our friendly and attentive service.

What is better than a hot bowl of HOMEMADE PHO on a cold winter day?

At Pho & Café Mai-Mai, every bowl of soup is made with love and care.  The broth is made daily with lots of beef bones and vegetable and NO MSG.  It is carefully cooked under high pressure for hours to extract all nutrients from the bones; the fat is then skimmed off to give you the clean, tasty, healthy and rich-in-flavor broth.   This is a HOMEMADE STYLE PHO….

What are some of the health benefits of BONE BROTH?

Bone broth strengthens the kidneys, supports digestive systems, builds blood, inhibits cell inflammation and mitigates cold symptoms as Dr. Auer indicated.

Why HOMEMADE BROTH has more health benefits than store-bought stock?

HOMEMADE BROTH is cooked from animal bones.  During the cooking process proteins, minerals (calcium and phosphorous are essential for maintaining healthy bones) and fat are extracted from the bone which helps heal the body naturally.  Also, bone broth is pure and natural so it’s more beneficial than taking supplements.  Bone broth is especially good for people with digestive problems and people with Celiac disease.

How does bone broth help heal people with digestive problems or Celiac disease?

Collagen and other connective tissues in the broth help rebuild damaged tissues like the intestinal lining without irritating the body (1).
